4. Return & Exchange Policy
* Products can be returned within 5 days from invoice date if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
* Original purchase invoice must be provided.
* Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
* Warranty claims for certain products (e.g., mosquito bats, Milton products) require the original sealed product box.
* Damaged or wrong items can be exchanged within 24 hours.
5. Non-returnable Items
* Perishable goods such as vegetables, fruits, milk, dairy, and similar items.
* Seasonal or festive items (toys, lights, gift items).
* Bulk purchase quantities.
* Used utensils, stainless steel products if damaged.
* Toys (no warranty, no returns).
6. Electronics & Appliances
* Customers must contact brand-authorized service centers for warranty/repair issues.
* We do not provide in-house repair services.
* Warranty handling is solely through brand customer care.
7. Limitation of Liability
JK Super Market & Home Appliances is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from use of our website or services.
